it's 12 midnight and i just got off the shuttle bus from sgs.
i haven't been to the office... at night... for so long now.
yes, i work at a bpo, a call center as how most people call it
but since i moved to a back-office account,
i became a "normal" person.
a day-shifter.
literally, "anak ng Diyos" :-)
on my way to the office at around 7pm for a workshop,
i went to the pick-up point at the plaza.
i lined up at the front, not knowing which is the starting line
and the guard motioned to me where the tail end was at.
i can imagine my workmates, led by Manette, jeering "O'rayt... newbie???
dai tuod mag linya an pang-aga wahahaa"
inside the bus, i felt a bit odd.
the people around me were either yawning, dazed,
or keeping their eyes tightly closed running after
the sweet word that is, "sleep".
i was looking at the road ahead and can't help praising my God
for His blessing of work for my shuttle bus-mates
and His special favor of an undeserved daytime work hours for me.
i am one grateful, happy to be home at night creature! :-)
