CCF Prayer and Fasting Week was an eventful way to start 2012!
Fasting from food, even for just 1 meal, was difficult for me
and honestly, i barely made it through...
dinner fast for 4 out of 6 nights, yay!!!
But prayer...
Wow!!! Prayer was soooo good!
HE did say in Jeremiah 29,
" 12 Then you will call to me. You will come and pray to me, and I will hear you. 13 When you look for me, you will find me. When you wholeheartedly seek me,
14 I will let you find me, declares the Lord".
it was so awesome to talk with the Prince of Peace!
the past weeks of restlessness simply faded in the background of HIS all-encompassing calm that pervaded my being in soothing stillness...
